      Just downloaded the latest update for my older 18.07.19 version . I have put the downloaded version of the new software on a SD key and switch on the KP-708. Normally it should ask me if I want to update., in this case here the panel does not appear. Any hint ?????

      Usually when an update is not recognised it is an incorrect version although, of course, it may be something wrong with the SD card or with the files on it. Are you certain that you haven’t got a Mk1 708? Mk2 versions have a serial number beginning 2 e.g KP708219etc will be a mk2 produced in 2019. What update did you load to your SD card and what is your serial number.

      One more possibility I should have mentioned, the card reader or something associated with it could be a problem but that would be very unusual. You can rule that out by checking it reads a chart.
